The Austrian Orienteering Federation is advertising for the job of a national trainer in ski-orienteering

Areas of responsibility

- Planning and organizing of the sporting year for elite , juniors and youth

- Coordinating and organizing of the activities/training camps of the squad home and abroad

- Coaching athletes at major competitions

Essential qualification

- state certified trainer licence preferred for orienteering /cross country skiing

Desirable qualification

- experience in international ski orienteering at the level of competitive elite sport (runner, trainer, organiser)

- good international contacts and reputation

- good English or German

- economic basics, organizing skills, social competence

Targets

- improving the competitive level of athletes at international events , Top Ten 2009 at World championships for seniors and juniors
